Our Advanced Open Water Diver course is designed for certified divers looking to enhance their skills and explore new diving environments. This hands-on course focuses on practical experience and provides the opportunity to complete five specialty dives under expert guidance.

Course Structure:

Core Dives: Master essential advanced diving skills with our two core dives: Deep Dive, and Navigation Dive.
Electives: Choose three elective dives from our exciting options: Naturalist Dive, Drift Dive, Boat Diver, Multilevel Dive, Night Dive, or Underwater Photography.

Gain Confidence and Expertise:

Our experienced instructors will guide you through each dive, providing personalized instruction and support. By the end of the course, you'll have the skills and confidence to explore more challenging dive sites and experiences.

Please note that prices are subject to a 12.5% tax and additional Marine Reserve fees.

Prerequisites

Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent)

Advanced Open Water

eLearning time commitment: 6-8 hours.
You can bring along towels, credit cards, reef-friendly sunscreen, and medical forms.
The schedule normally looks like this: Day 1: two or three dives of certification Day 2: two or three dives of certification.
Divers need to be here at 8:00am (other times are available too).

Our Discover Scuba Diving is an introduction course, not a certification, enabling someone to dive without certification. Our course includes a Confined training session and a shallow dive with one of our instructors.The norm is a shallow dive in the Mexico Rocks Marine Reserve but that can change based on performance or weather conditions.
